Payment and Confirmation
Most credit card orders are processed immediately, but some can take as long as 24 hours. Once your transaction is complete, we’ll send you an email to confirm your purchase and provide you with an order number.
Standard shipping is handled by UPS (ground). Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending upon the delivery address and order date. This service includes delivery confirmation so you can track your order. Visit the UPS website and enter your tracking number to check the shipping date, monitor the progress of your order, or confirm delivery.

Please note that we’re not yet able to offer international shipping for products purchased directly through this website or Amazon.com. (It’s not impossible, it’s just really expensive.) However, several of our retailers are able to offer international shipping at reasonable rates, including the Baker's Catalogue and Solutions Catalog. Sometimes it doesn’t survive the shipping. Sometimes it just doesn’t perform like you thought it would. We understand these things and make every effort to remedy any problems quickly. So, for items purchased directly from Baker’s Edge through this website or Amazon.com, here’s what we offer:
If the item was damaged or defective upon arrival at your door, we’ll gladly swap it for another one or, if you prefer, refund every bit of the purchase price. We take great pride in quality and certainly don’t want you to get anything less than our absolute best. (For detailed information regarding our product warranty, you can download and read it in our product insert, available on the FAQ page of our website.)
For items returned to us unused and in perfect condition (including the custom spatula and insert) within 30 days of the date of purchase, we will normally offer a full purchase-price refund. We do, however, reserve the right to charge a nominal $5 re-stocking fee. Shipping cannot be refunded. We will always work with you in a flexible way regarding returns and you can always contact us at email@example.com with any questions.
Remember, if you purchased an item from another retailer, you’ll need to contact that retailer for return information. We’re not able (or permitted) to return items to any other retailer on your behalf.
